Preparation Instructions:
I need to thank Sarah for allowing us to publish her Kosher animal crackers recipe. To get this recipe started, please take out a large flat cookie sheet, and lightly grease it with a little kosher butter. Once you are done with that step, set the cookie sheet aside for later. Next you will want to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 205 degrees Celsius. You are now ready to start preparing your kosher cracker dough, so please take out a large glass mixing bowl. You will then want to sift together the kosher organic wheat free cereal, kosher organic baking flour, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, kosher salt, and baking soda. Sift these ingredients together until your dough base is even in color and texture. You will then want to take out an electric cake mixer, and then blend together the flour base, kosher raw agave nectar, kosher evaporated goat milk, and kosher salted butter. Eventually after mixing it all up, a rigid animal cracker dough clump will form. Roll this clump into two separate balls across a clean and flour laden surface. You can now take out your animal cracker cutters and produce as many cracker shapes as possible. Set your shapes on to the greased cookie sheet that you set aside earlier. For the very last step you will want to bake your crackers for five to ten minutes, or until they are all crisp and golden. Do be extra careful not to burn your crackers.
