Preparation Instructions:
Many thanks to Amanda from Helena Montana for submitting her vegan animal crackers recipe. For step one, you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a blender or food processor, and add into it the organic toasted rolled quick oats, all purpose whole wheat baking flour, pure baking powder, kosher salt, organic shelled sunflower seeds, and organic crushed shelled walnuts. Grind these ingredients into a fine and even powder. Next take out a bowl, and thoroughly whip together the ground oats and flour mixture, white superfine sugar, organic almond milk, and organic extra virgin olive oil. Once you have a firm animal cracker dough, roll it out on a clean flour dusted surface to a quarter inch thickness. Next you will want to take out animal cracker cutters, and cut out a bunch of different shapes. Set the cut crackers on to a cookie sheet one inch apart from one another. Finally you will want to slide them into the oven to bake for eight to twelve minutes, or until they are golden brown. Let them cool to room temperature before serving them.
