Preparation Instructions:
My old pal Lance from Baltimore Maryland sent me this vegetarian animal crackers recipe. To begin this palatable recipe, please preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 205 degrees Celsius. Next you will want to take out a large cookie sheet, spray it with a vegetarian nonstick baking spray, then set it aside. Next take out a food processor and plug it in. You will want to finely grind your oat bran flakes, then pour them into a mixing bowl. Moving right along, next mix in the almond baking flour, organic ground cinnamon, organic ground nutmeg, organic sea salt, and pure baking soda. Sift these ingredients together until an even and consistent base forms. Once you are done with that step, you will then want to forcefully stir together the flour base, organic agave nectar, organic extra virgin coconut oil, and organic coconut milk. Eventually a dough clump will form, however you might need to adjust the volume of coconut milk or baking flour. Now that those steps are out of the way, clean a flat counter surface, then spread a little flour out on it. Next roll your dough clump into a sphere, then smash it down to an eighth inch thickness using a heavy rolling pin. You can now begin cutting out animal shapes, then set them on to your greased baking sheet one inch apart. And for the last step, bake your crackers for five to eight minutes, or until they are crisp and golden. Let them cool on wire wracks so that they can reach room temperature.
