Preparation Instructions:
Many people have peanut allergies or are allergic to peanuts, so we decided to create this peanut free animal crackers recipe. For step one please set your oven to a preheat temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 205 degrees Celsius. Next take out a nonstick baking spray, and grease down a large cookie sheet. Moving along, next grind up your wheat chex cereal in a blender, then pour the ground cereal into a mixing bowl. Next stir in the all natural whole wheat flour, fresh cinnamon powder, white pure cane sugar, fresh nutmeg powder, fine grain table salt, and pure organic baking soda. Sift these first stage ingredients together until you have an even distribution of ingredients. Next you will want to earnestly stir in the organic vanilla rice milk, vanilla extract, wild raspberry honey, fresh whole egg, and softened salted margarine. Whip these ingredients together until they form a thick animal cracker dough clump. Roll this dough clump on a flat sterilized surface until it forms a large ball. You will then want to take out a baker's rolling pin, and flatten the dough ball down to an eighth inch thick disk. Using flour dipped animal cracker cutters, create your cracker shapes. Line these shapes out one inch apart on your already greased cookie sheet. Lastly you will want to place your cookie sheet into the oven to bake for five to seven minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown. Set them out on wire wracks to cool for half an hour at least.
